Psychometry is the ability to receive impressions from objects connected to a person or situation. Usually I hold the object in my hand, and I feel or experience, or see what is connected to that object.
Very often these objects are jewellery, such as a ring, bracelet or pendant. Crystals, photographs, a pen, or even writing the name of the person is sufficient.
The psychometry impressions vary; they can be feelings, thoughts or ideas, or visions. Sometimes the objects belonged to someone who has deceased, or they belong to someone in the family or a partner.
Releasing negative energy in Psychometry
Very often the objects hold a lot of 'negative' energy, particularly emotions or feelings, and I can release the energy. In the case of jewellery such as rings, bracelets or necklaces, the objects feel much lighter and there more of a lustre to the metal. Crystals will become clearer too.
In many cases, releasing the negative energy brings closure to a situation and greater peace of mind.
Releasing negative energy in places
Places such as homes, gardens, or other buildings can also accumulate negative energy. This negative or stuck energy causes depression, arguments, accidents and general 'bad luck'. Since places are of course much bigger than objects, it can take longer to clear the blocked energy. Visiting those places with blocked energy is better, but holding an object from that place will help.
How to get unstuck from a situation
If you find yourself unable to move forward from a situation, look around your home for things or objects that remind of you of that situation. If they are small, pick the objects up, and put them by the back door or in the garden as preparation for removing them entirely from your life. Some objects have sentimental value, so just picking them up, and replacing them will help. It is a bit like if you have not moved your fridge or cooker for a long time. When you try to move them, they are stuck to the floor, and you have to push and pull before they will move.
