Seven of Wands definitions
The Seven of Wands suggests finding new uses for the action. Discovering that the action is making changes into new areas. Making the action go further than it was originally intended.
Rider-Waite: Seven of Wands
A young man on a craggy eminence brandishing a staff; six other staves are raised towards him from below.
It is a card of valour, for, on the surface, six are attacking one, who has however, the vantage of position. On the intellectual plane, it signifies discussion, wordy strife; in business — negotiations, war of trade, barter, competition. It is further a card of success, for the combatant is on the top and his enemies may be unable to reach him.
Additional Meanings: A dark child.

- THEORY
- All this is very strikingly typifying the element Air on the Seventh house, that of the airy Libra, house of relationship, marriage, meeting of the Self and the Not-self, which rules contracts, books and manuscripts. Here only comes 'discussion' into play. In the Fifth house the individuality was alone, and for discussion you want two persons.

There is uncertainty or opportunism in so far as rules are given in relation to circumstances, which may change. The personal interests are brought in, in relation with those of others. Fair weather.
